Well-Architected: The Architech Club’s Top Dreamforce 22 Architect Sessions

It’s finally Dreamforce week, and this year Dreamforce is 20 years old! Not to mention this is the biggest the event has been since the pandemic. Our growing Salesforce family is getting together to meet, celebrate, share and learn in San Francisco. Whilst we’re so sad not to be there this year, we’re thrilled to be taking part remotely from the UK!

The Great Reunion (and Reboot)

Marc and Bret’s keynote yesterday opened with an emphasis on restarting mindset: “This is a new day for Dreamforce,” says Benioff. “We need to approach this new day with a ‘beginner’s mind’, asking what do we really want? What’s important to us?” As you know if you’ve read our most recent blog post, we’re all about mindset and growth at The Architech Club. Now we’re getting back together, businesses are currently taking time to review their technical landscape (and costs!). Dreamforce’s Architect track provides great opportunities to reboot your mindset and knowledge and prepare for transformation, whether you’re an architect or a business sponsor.

Some great workshops are running at the Architect Vista and in various theatres around the campus. As we’re led by our values in delivering projects, selling, marketing and how we treat one another, we’ve been through the list and selected our top Architect session picks for Dreamforce 2022 according to our company values: Trust, Humanity, Transparency and Ownership.

A Time for Reflection

With so much happening in the world right now, people are feeling overwhelmed and need time to take stock. Marc Benioff said in July 2022 that Salesforce is seeing customers becoming more “measured in the way they buy” and sales cycles “get stretched” with deals “inspected by higher levels of management.”. We’ve seen the same, having recently completed several Orientation projects for high-growth companies seeking to change their approach completely or retire an org that’s become legacy.

If you’re considering the health and future of your Salesforce org, why not get in touch with us to discuss an independent, holistic Orientation report of your Salesforce program. In the meantime, thanks for reading, and have a wonderful time at Dreamforce!
